Powersave Lighting Limited is a UK
based manufacturer of lighting control products.
Electronic Dimmers save power because they switch the current
rather than wasting it in bulky resistors etc. Dimmers use
very little power so when a circuit is set to 50% you are saving
nearly 50% of power. Our Trailing Edge Dimmer
wastes even less power.
Our 1kW Dimmer and 630W Dimmer both operate on low voltage as
well, and are a useful compact size.
All our products are CE marked and conform to the relevant
safety and EMC requirements. They are all 100% tested before
dispatch and we pride ourselves in our reliability record.
We are one of the few manufacturers of a slider grid dimmer to
fit the popular range of grid systems (now including the DETA
system), and our dimmer contains several patented features (UK
patent no GB2419741)

competitive prices for the OEM and wholesale electrical market. Our
products are well established and we pride ourselves on our quality
and service, but are always interested in supporting new
customers
We are based in the beautiful Isle of Anglesey in North Wales
and manufacture all our products in-house.
We aim to produce products which are high in quality and
competitive in price. We do not try to compete with Chinese
imports, rather we would prefer to be sure that our products are
robust and well produced.
All our products are designed and developed in-house, and
whenever necessary we will make changes following customer
suggestions to ensure that we produce what is required.
We have several customers who have reverted to buying from us
who previously bought from China because they have not been able to
guarantee the quality from there.
All products are 100% tested before packing and an audit sample
is also tested to ensure that the product is delivered in first
class condition.
Following careful research our materials are sourced from our
own approved suppliers, and critical component suppliers are
visited (even in the Far East), and we try wherever possible to use
local companies to supply as much as we can (and sometimes have
been surprised by the prices).
